San Rafael police arrested Frear Stephen Schmid, 72, of Petaluma after he allegedly threatened to shoot employees at a downtown Third Street Citibank; police said he was booked on suspicion of felony criminal threats and illegal possession of unserialized firearms, and detectives seized multiple firearms, including two unserialized rifles, from his home.
